Parents,
Our letter of the week is B. We will be doing various activities in class using the letter B. It would be beneficial if you bring up the letter of the week to you children during dinner or whenever and practice words that stat with the letter. This will help them out greatly in class. :)
examples: Beach, baseball, boat, boy, etc.

I really like the idea of using the blog as a way to not only let parents know what their children are learning in the classroom but to also help encourage them to incorporate what is learned in the classroom at home. Good idea.
